We take appropriate security measures to protect your data, including the use of secure systems, password protection, 2-step verification, and anti-phishing controls.

Client data is stored in private Google Workspace folders accessible only to us. Google acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement that complies with UK GDPR. Some processing may occur outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

07 Data retention

We retain financial records for at least 6 years, in line with UK legal and tax requirements.

You have the right to:
