Client data is stored in private Google Workspace folders accessible only to us. Google acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement that complies with UK GDPR. Some processing may occur outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We retain financial records for at least 6 years, in line with UK legal and tax requirements.

You have the right to:
